To submit a warranty claim please complete the warranty claim form available at

Please note, the following items might be needed in order to process your claim:

  • A copy of your Purchase Receipt or Sales Order Form.
  • A photo of the complete trampoline or 360 swing set
  •  A photo of each part that needs replacement. The photo must be close enough to see the damage but far enough away so the part can be identified. For example if there are six parts you would like replaced we will need six photos. If you need to, take one close up to show the damage followed by one further away to identify the part.
  • You must describe the part needing to be replaced and include measurements.
  • Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your claim to be processed

This site is for information only. DO NOT submit a warranty claim using this site as it is for USA residents only. Doing so might result in very lengthy delays. 


The freight is the original purchaser’s responsibility and must be pre-paid before any parts are shipped out. Once the warranty parts are processed the pre-paid amount (shipping) is non-refundable. Shipping/handling/delivery from the Canadian warehouse to your address is your (the purchaser’s) responsibility.
You will be required to acknowledge the shipping and labor charges before any parts are shipped out.


To avoid freight or shipping charges, warranty parts can be sent with the next stock order shipment to Rainbow of Ottawa. This may take anywhere from a few weeks to several months…this time can vary greatly, especially depending upon the time of the year and the frequency of orders. Expedited shipping to Rainbow of Ottawa is available for those customers who want to pay for the shipping charges. Expedited service takes about 2 to 4 weeks.


To receive your parts at Rainbow of Ottawa, please indicate "Customer will pick-up parts at Rainbow of Ottawa" in the Additional Comments box of the warranty claim form. Once the parts are received at Rainbow of Ottawa we will contact you.
